The cherry on top: One dress, 365 days, tons o’ style
My new fashion obsession: . I read about this site in Sunday’s New York Times Magazine, and I just can’t get over how utterly cool Sheena Matheiken is.
Since May, Matheiken has been posting a photo each day of herself wearing the same little black dress. But her use of accessories (plus the versatility of the Elizabeth Starbuck-designed dress) makes each outfit look totally unique.
As of this post, she’s raised nearly $5,000 for the Akanksha Foundation, a grassroots movement to help revolutionize education in India.
Go to the month-by-month view and you’ll be astounded by the way Matheiken puts her looks together. Just give yourself plenty of time to take notes. I promise you’ll be inspired and it will make you think of your wardrobe in an entirely new way.
