Tuesday night, Aug. 15, from 5-9 p.m., head to the LoDo District’s inaugural restaurant sampling event, LoDo Bites: Sip. Sample. Stroll. It’s a great chance for patrons to taste small bites from a slew of eateries.
For $30, menu items will include: ceviche, pizza by the slice, filet mini sandwiches, spicy thai tuna, avocado sesame wontons, beef tartare, pork tenderloin sandwiches, roast beef sandwiches, teriyaki chicken bites, Peruvian roast beef miniatures, grilled cheese miniatures, ahi tuna sliders, kobe beef sliders, wild game platter, mushroom canapés, Southern BBQ platter, fish and chips, Scottish eggs, red velvet cupcakes and frozen yogurt.
Drink items will include: various wine tasting, beer tastings, mojitos, margaritas and discounted drinks.
Here are the participating restaurants: McCormick’s Fish House, Wazee Supper Club, Wynkoop Brewing Company, Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Dixons Downtown Grill, The Palm Restaurant, Celtic Tavern, Vesta Dipping Grill, Bistro Vendome, Blues on Blake Supper Club, Ice House Tavern, Wines Off Wynkoop, Sports Column, Blake Street Vault, Organixx, The Wine Loft, Kuulture, The Keg Steakhouse and LoDo’s Bar and Grill
Buy tickets in advance at Bouquets 1525 15th St., Wynkoop Brewing Company, 1634 Wynkoop St., Tony’s Market, 950 Broadway or online. On your ticket, you will be assigned a starting restaurant indicating where to begin your tour. From there, you have up to four hours to sample the fare of 20 LoDo restaurants, bite by bite.
