The ice cream: This week’s guest ice cream editor (my daughter, Grace, 4) picked out this yummy-looking Strawberry Pink Split to try this weekend. “It’s my favorite ice cream because it’s so delicious and strawberries are my favorite fruit and they’re healthy for you and if you don’t stop eating them, you’ll get sick,” she tells me. We’ll take the risk!
Still loving all the end-of-season sales. Over at couturecandy.com, we searched through the 50 percent off or more category to find three great steals you can wear now and well into fall.
The bargain:
1. Betsey Johnson ruffle dressnow $129 (regularly $354). Wear it now with strappy sandals, in the fall with tights or skinny jeans and a black turtleneck.
