Baby weight is so last season. Follow me as I try to get in shape and shed a few pounds following Denver trainer Anne Parker’s TRX Mini Boot Camp.

Can't wait to get back outside!

Can't wait to get back outside!

Where did the summer go? I mean, sure, technically, it is fall, but I didn’t really need a week of cold and rainy weather when I was trying to get back to Anne Parker’s TRX boot camp class!

Since the workouts are outdoors, we had to cancel class this week. But Parker sent us do-at-home exercises to do — and, wow, they were tough. Circuits of squats, lunges, push ups, sit-ups, skaters…the list went on and on. Then, since I was so bad last week in New York, I added an extra hour of cardio each day.

Things are supposed to clear up this weekend, so I hope our Saturday make-up class is still on. And, now that a few pounds are finally coming off, it’s time to really kick it up!
