Oh, dear. Out of town for Fashion Week last week meant no boot camp. And, to make matters worse, Fashion Week’s crazy schedule leads to a diet full of coffee, sweets and champagne. Sigh.

I did try to walk as much as possible, but, unfortunately for my feet, I chose fashion over function in my shoe wear. And that meant taxis. At the tents, people were handing out cookies, Diet Coke, power bars and more. At shows outside the tents, buffets of muffins, croissants, cinnamon rolls, petite fours, brownies and other candies were all at hand.

And, of course, I had to eat at my favorite NY restaurant, Pastis, where I practically put myself into a food coma after eating an omelet, fries (with Bearnaise sauce) and entire order of crepes Suzette.

So, this week, I’m doubling my efforts — trying to work out twice a day and really eating clean. I actually can’t wait for TRX training on Monday. Imagine that!
