The ice cream: Do you know the difference between ice cream, gelato and sorbet? At Little Man, our ice cream has a butterfat content of 14 percent and our gelato has 7 percent. Sorbet is typically made from fruit juices and contains no dairy at all! Try Lemon Sorbet as a “slushie!”
