Style spy @ Western Fantasy
We dusted off our best cowboy boots, dressed up in our favorite “elegant Western attire” and headed to the National Western Events Center Saturday night (Oct. 17) for the 16th annual Western Fantasy gala.
The fundraiser, which benefits Volunteers of America, has raised more than $16 million to support the group, helping children, families and elderly in need across Colorado.
The night’s entertainment? The Gambler, himself, Kenny Rogers. Rogers — who admits to plastic surgery (like you couldn’t tell) — sang from his ginormous collection of hits and bantered — a lot – with the audience. He also talked about his 5-year-old twins. Rogers is 71. Whoa. (And just because, here’s a link to my fave Kenny Rogers site.)
Weird eyes aside, Rogers did look good for his age. He wore a white, untucked button-down shirt with jeans. Here are some other folks looking good at Western Fantasy. Yee-haw!
