VIDEO: New Year’s Fitness Resolutions Part 3

If one of your goals in 2010 is to shed extra pounds, Anne offers a common sense approach for losing inches and adding muscle — find an excercise program that focuses on strength training, interval training and establish a sensible eating plan.

We won’t even try to offer advice on that eating plan, except to recall a phrase, coined by writer Michael Pollan, that’s served us well: “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.” (Find a bit more about Pollan’s latest work here.)
