Baby on board? Want to make sure when the bundle of joy arrives, you’re not left with a few extra “bundles?” Denver personal trainer Anne Parker suggests the TRX Suspension Trainer to maintain fitness during pregnancy.

PLEASE consult your physician before engaging in any of the exercises shown in this video. From the Mayo Clinic:

Before you begin an exercise program, make sure you have your health care provider’s OK. Although exercise during pregnancy is generally good for both mother and baby, you’ll need to proceed with caution if you have a history of preterm labor or certain medical conditions.
